Deliveries & Refund Policy


Please contact us directly at for shipping details & costs. Please provide your full address & postcode and the item’s description & reference code, so we can advise. We aim to post smaller items to UK destinations asap & usually within 2 working days of payment.

For larger pieces of furniture, we can get a competitive quote for you & a mutually convenient delivery date can be arranged. Payment for postage can be taken over the phone. We recommend you arrange this with us before completing purchase. Items will be posted asap & usually within 3-5 working days.

Our preference is for customers to collect items wherever possible from us here at The Antiques Warehouse during opening hours. We kindly request that furniture that is being collected from us is arranged as soon as possible & preferably within 7 days after purchase.


Please contact us BEFORE purchasing any items, including furniture, so that we can obtain a shipping quote for you. We can reserve the item for you instead, until a shipping quote is obtained & agreed. Please note, should you purchase BEFORE shipping quotes have been obtained & agreed & you decide not to go ahead, then any card handling fees incurred could be deducted from your refund.

Small items will be posted as soon as possible & usually within 2-3 working days.

For larger items (furniture etc), we can contact a suitable courier/shipping company on your behalf & obtain a quote for you. You will be responsible for making arrangements directly with the shipping company (including shipping costs) & we will liaise with you/them to arrange collection of items from us here at The Antiques Warehouse. 

We kindly request that furniture purchased online be collected within 7-10 working days by the packing/shipping company. We cannot hold your item here in storage without extra fees being incurred.


Should you wish to return an item, please contact us by email to as soon as possible in the first instance, & within 14 days of receipt. Do not post your item back to us until you have a returns code. Cost of returns falls with the buyer and tracking & insurance to cover the cost of the item is required – we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent to us. Shipping costs incurred are non-refundable. Please where possible, use the same packaging as the item was sent in – returns must be received back within 30 days of receipt. The item will be inspected upon receipt & will be only be refunded in full if it is returned to us in the same condition it was sent to you, with no damage or parts missing, unless specified in the A/F (as found) description and within the stated time frame: Any flaws or damage have been listed ‘A/F’ within the item’s description.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives broken in transit, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.

To return your item:

1. Email to request a refund & obtain a returns code.

2. Return your item (using tracking & appropriate insurance) to: The Antiques Warehouse, St. George’s Road, Runfold, Farnham, Surrey. GU9 9HR

3. Include a signed letter, stating the reason for your return & a copy of your receipt.
